The main character, Suzy, is dealing with the loss of her best friend; while on a school field trip to an aquarium, the jellyfish exhibit catches her eye. She learns about the most dangerous jellyfish, Irukandji, and how there are 23 jellyfish stings every 5 seconds. Suzy has a hypothesis and does so much research and now has a plan to run away to Australia and find out how her best friend really might’ve died.
